Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Safely pack the items in their original packaging if possible, and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we will track the shipment as it makes its way back to our purity lab.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the return, we will issue your refund to the original payment method or provide store credit within 5-7 business days.
